Products:

There is a 15 day Refund Policy on an unopened product from Schuman's Speed Center. If you have purchased a product and want a refund and did not open the product or use the product during those 15 days. Call us and send back your product to: 49 Finnigan Ave, Suite Q3, Saddle Brook, NJ 07663 for a refund minus credit card transaction fees.

Group Training Camps:

Your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel for any reason 31 days or more before a training is to commence you are entitled to a refund minus your $60.00 Deposit.  If you cancel for any reason between 16 and 30 days before training commences your refund is 50% of the training cost minus your $60.00 Deposit. If you cancel for any reason between 8 and 15 days before training commences your refund is 25% of the training cost minus your $60.00 Deposit. Any cancellation within 7 days of training, there are no refunds, no exceptions.

Personal Training, Personal Speed Training, Personal Skill and Sport Training:

There are no refunds once your first session begins. You have six months to fulfill your personal training sessions, after which they expire. The sessions you sign up for are non-refundable and are your responsibility to coordinate with your trainer the sessions and fulfillment of those sessions.

Credit Card Based Refunds:

All credit card based refunds are subject to 10% refund fee that we occur for the processing of the transaction and refund processing.
