Schuman's Speed Center Training is Focused on:

  • Athlete to staff ratio of 15 to 1 for group training
  • Focus on Developing and Enhancing Speed, Quickness, and Agility
  • Focus on Sprinting Form and Teaching Proper way to run
  • Sport oriented and game oriented speed games and drills that will simulate speed situations in a game like situation
  • Focus on Speed, Quickness, Agility and Plyometrics that is guaranteed to Improve speed, quickness, jumping ability, and athletic ability
  • Focus on Injury Prevention and Structural Development
  • Develop Foundations as well as advanced concepts of speed development and jumping development
  • Average Improvement is .2 in 40 yard dash, 3 inches in vertical, and .15 in agility shuttle, 6 inches in standing broad jump (result can vary)

Camps offer you exercise, but you need strength, more endurance and especially speed if you want to excel in your season this year. You’ve trained profusely throughout the year, before, during, and after the season.  You want more from your practices, more from your actual physical body and a more strategic workout.  Speed camps offer you speed training for almost any sport.  Speed training, however, does not give you concentration on one specific part or section of your body, but rather uses your whole body to gain speed.
